By using Manifest, you agree to these terms. We've written them in plain English because we believe that's how it should be.
Manifest is a travel organiser. It gives you a beautiful timeline to manage all your bookings (flights, hotels, car hire, and more) in one place. You can add bookings manually or forward confirmation emails to your unique Manifest address, and Manifest will read them automatically.
You own your data. We don't claim any rights to it. We store only what's needed to provide the service: your trips, bookings, and account information.
For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
By forwarding emails to your Manifest address, you consent to automated processing of their content to extract booking details.
When you share a trip, the collaborators you invite can see all bookings on that trip.
We ask that you use Manifest for its intended purpose: organising travel. Specifically, please don't:
Manifest is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime.
We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time. Where possible, we'll give you reasonable notice before making significant changes.
Manifest is a travel organiser, not a travel agent. We don't book, confirm, or guarantee any travel services.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be permanently removed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of Manifest after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
These terms are written to be clear and self-explanatory. If anything is unclear, please review them alongside our Privacy Policy.
